Too bad he's leaving Law & Order, because aside from the aesthetic appeal of Milena Govich, he was the only voice of reason in an increasingly unreasonable show.

My personal theory is that they staged the whole thing to get themselves tossed off the plane, thus sparking lawsuits, protests, and civil rights complaints in order to weaken airline security, and pave the way for another 9/11.
The whole thing just reeks of a set-up.
But that's just me.
I'm paranoid.
