Greeting Vox Poplar fans, it's time again for me to pronounce this week's DOUCHEBAG OF THE WEEK. 
Now I can go the obvious route and declare Virginia Tech psycho Cho-Seung-Hui the Douchebag of the Week.
I mean he was a psycho piece of rectal detritus who decided that the best way to deal with stress was to kill a lot of innocent people.
